I give you concise, curated information and the exact “how-to” on what really makes a difference in your body and health. And, I help you make radical changes in your habits, and sustain them, so that going forward you have a life where you love your body and it supports you with energy, vitality and stellar health.
1. 8 Weekly Group Coaching Calls: Get your questions answered personally by Susan and never feel like you’re guessing at what’s right for you. You’ll connect with a community of men and women working toward the same goals and exponentially increase your knowledge and your own success by accessing the wisdom of the group and Susan’s answers and coaching of everyone in the group. All calls will be recorded and sent to you.
2. The Week 2 Jumpstart Call: A 30-minute one-on-one call with Susan for massive clarity on what you want for yourself in terms of health, wellbeing, weight, and overall vitality. This level of clarity sets the foundation for the transformation to occur. You’ll also get the exact knowledge and next steps you’ll need to take.
3. 6 Training Modules: Knowledge is power! This is the education piece that is so very critical to your success. You’ll receive weekly emails with downloadable audios, handouts, and worksheets. This is the concise, curated information and know-how on what really works for better health.
4. 14 Day Clean Eating Challenge: This is where you get to put into practice everything you've been learning and shifting! You will get access to my coaching App called Coach Connect where you have all the information you need including recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, daily guidance and reminders and other bonuses from me.
5. Private Facebook Group: It’s essential to have a community to support you. Get your questions answered and the support you need to really make lasting changes in your health. This community, with your fellow group members and Susan, will be “your rock” as you move through the barriers we all have to change.
6. The Week 7 Booster Call: A 30-minute one-on-one call with Susan to discuss how it’s going, make tweaks to your plan, and give you the next steps that are required for you to continue with your total body, health, and well-being transformation.

Your Instructor
Susan’s health journey began in reaction to serious personal health issues and accelerated in response to the common frustrations of being overweight and tired. Through working with a health coach, she experienced a return to her skinny jeans and vibrant health.
Looking to "pay it forward," Susan decided to become a health coach, herself, and trained extensively at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition-- the world’s largest nutrition school and furthered her health coaching credentials at the Health Coach Institute.
Soon thereafter, she began working with close friends and family members. With Susan’s guidance, these early clients attained similar personal health successes after following many of the same principles.
Inspired by these early accomplishments, Susan began Skinny Jeans Health Coaching, providing holistic health and nutrition coaching tailored to the specific needs of her growing client base.

Susan is a very personable, knowledgeable and dedicated coach! I joined her Rock Your Skinny Jeans group program with my main goals being to lose weight, learn more about good and bad foods, and get on a program I can continue for the rest of my life. Susan and the program presented me with weekly talks, articles on health and menu plans.
The most tangible changes I’ve noticed are I have reached my goal weight and am maintaining it. I have learned the importance of organic foods and what foods to avoid. My health was in serious jeopardy prior to joining Rock Your Skinny Jeans. I was dangerously close to being pre-diabetic, painfully constipated, hair was falling out, spirit was constantly depressed, and I knew I was speeding up the aging process. I now have my energy and stamina back and have turned my life around with Susan's coaching.
My goals with the program were to lose weight, learn how to eat mindfully and with compassion toward our planet, and learn how to trust myself and my commitment to being a healthier person.
Susan gave me the tools (recipes, menus, goal-planning, shopping tips, nutritional advice and guidance) for me to educate myself and implement techniques and strategies for attaining my goals. Since then, I’ve lost two sizes; am no longer constipated; and my cholesterol is within target range. I lost 20 pounds and am within 10 pounds of goal weight. My compost pile is enormous with good organic foods. My hair is vital again. I’m able to sleep through the night without waking.
Most importantly, I’ve gained the ability to trust myself for eating what is healthy for me, when it is healthy for me, and knowing why I choose the foods I do. I also learned to forgive myself for the occasional indulgence and happily return to my plan. I can now value myself and that makes me happy and makes those around me happy.

I joined Susan’s Rock Your Skinny Jeans 8-week program with the goals to lose 5 pounds, understand what I should eat for my body, and have a strategy for eating well when I travel. Now I have a much better sense of when I’m full and stop eating much earlier. I know what foods not to eat on a regular basis (white potatoes, dairy for me). My pants are much looser in the waist! I am aware now when I’m choosing foods from a menu which are better for me so I’m consistently making better choices.
The clean eating challenge was great because it reminded me of so many healthy foods that I like to eat and new recipes. The mindset part was really good too to remind me why I wanted to eat well so I can be healthy to workout and camp. I also thought the part about understanding if I’m physically or mentally hungry was really good.
Susan is very knowledgeable and caring and at the same time she will challenge you in a compassionate way to do the things to help yourself. I have recommended Susan to both family and friends. She excels in both group and private settings. While I have done a couple of group programs with her, the 1:1 sessions have been tremendously valuable so I plan to continue working with her in that capacity too.
Rock Your Skinny Jeans is a great program for learning and applying that knowledge. I did it with friends and also made new friends during our 8 weeks. It was FANTASTIC!

When I joined Susan’s RYSJ coaching program, my main goals were to lose 14 pounds, get my back feeling better, and integrate regular/daily stretching and breath-work into my life. As I sit here 8 weeks later I realize that my second two goals will happen later.
And now I see my goal was to change my mindset and get a grip on my eating (but I did not know that!) and further education.
The program helped me to achieve this by allowing me to go at my own pace, providing great online resources, a weekly call (and I can listen when I can't make it). This call is great as I have learned so much from other participants and their questions and I get inspired by their ‘wins'. The Facebook group helps too!
My life can feel so overwhelming and my work is demanding. I am much better off to face each day with more stability and clear mind. And throw some joy in there. I am much more cheerful when I eat right! I’ve noticed weight loss, more clear thinking, more stability in my emotions, mindset minutes sticking with me... slow down to speed up is really integrating into my thinking. I’m feeling more stability since I am eating better. Shifting my coffee drink and water intake is really helping. I am noticing how food is affecting me.
Since I feel more in control of my eating... I feel more in control of my life. It feels good to lose some weight as well. Pounds have been creeping on and it feels good to know that I can lose weight.
Susan is compassionate, genuine, kind and caring, and a good listener. She takes her role seriously (in a good way) and is a funny and overall great coach. Susan does a wonderful job of making this MINE, and reminding at every turn that we know best. There are as many diets as people. The education is awesome. For example, you hear GMO good or GMO bad and no facts. Susan gives facts and educates and curates the articles (so I don't have to). My life is so full and busy and work takes up so much time. It is good to have things broken down and explained in clear terms. The audio is wonderful to listen - I can do it in the car and print out resources for later.
